The private-client standard
JMFederal tax representation • Year-round strategy • Business-owner perspective • One coordinated relationship
Designed for complexity
The right client is not defined by income alone. Private advisory is for owners facing decisions where timing, structure, documentation, and execution materially affect the outcome.
01
Multiple entities, employees, investments, or expanding operations require coordination.
02
You are tired of discovering your tax bill after the opportunity to plan has passed.
03
Compensation, acquisitions, real estate, restructuring, succession, or an exit is on the table.
04
A notice, audit, balance, lien, or filing problem needs experienced representation.
Core expertise
Focused work for clients who need analysis, judgment, and an accountable plan.
01
Move from annual filing to proactive decisions built around your entities, cash flow, investments, and long-term goals.
02
Get professional representation when notices, unfiled returns, collections, or an audit require immediate attention.
03
Bring financial and tax perspective into the decisions that can materially change the value and direction of your business.
A selective process
You will not be pushed into a package before we understand the decision, urgency, and level of support required.
Tell us about your business, entities, tax concerns, and the decision in front of you.
We review the situation and determine whether private advisory, resolution, or a specialist company is the best fit.
Qualified clients receive a defined scope, priorities, responsibilities, and recommended engagement.

Meet your advisor
An advisor who understands the tax code—and the realities of owning and operating a business.
Jean didn't learn tax strategy in the abstract. He trained under practicing CPAs at a West Palm Beach firm before building and running his own group of companies spanning tax, accounting, insurance, and business consulting. That combination—hands-on training under experienced practitioners, plus years actually operating multi-entity businesses—is what shapes how he advises: he's sat on both sides of the table, as the advisor and as the owner making the call.
His approach to client problems is direct: understand the full picture before recommending anything, find the actual cause of the issue rather than treating the symptom, and push a case as far as it needs to go— especially when the IRS is involved. That's not a tagline; it's how he handles a resolution case or a planning engagement.
Jean is an Enrolled Agent, federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and a Certified Business and Tax Advisor (CTBA). He's currently completing a Master's degree in Accounting with a tax-planning focus and pursuing CPA licensure—credentials layered on top of an active practice, not instead of one.
